Christmas Eve started with dinner this year at mom and dad's house. In the past we have gone out to eat an early dinner, but with the size of the family that has become more difficult. So we decided to eat at home this year. Dinner was so good!!!
After dinner dad started to read the Christmas story out of the bible, while mom showed pictures to the kids.
As you can see, somehow the story of Jesus' birth turned into something very entertaining.
I'm pretty sure it started with comments from Scott and Brian. Jeff and Steve were adding comments as well. Through it all, the grand kids were all VERY good. Much better then their uncles were.
All of the Grand kids that were there were able to open their pajamas. We missed Cooper, Lucas and Ty, but know that they liked their new pajamas too!
